Steve Smith Builders President and Founder has spent most of his homebuilding career with one of the largest and fastest growing national builders in several of the Carolina's top markets. Due to his direct leadership as the Division President, Richard grew the divisional company to a top five position within his area of scope- contributing to his company's number one position in the home building industry on the national platform. Continually refining the operational skills and developing upon improved practices from his many years of industry experience, Richard set out to create a new company based on a collective team management process. "The strategies and techniques that create the process of our business model is the core feature that is attractive to the individuals who do business with us".
