Vice President of Operations
Steve Smith brings a multitude of skills to his position of VP of Operations from a vast and dynamic background. Prior to joining Steve Smith Builders, Steve spent the majority of his career with production home builders in executive management and leadership positions. He has also owned his own custom home building company and has extensive experience leading multi-million dollar capital projects in multiple industries with International Paper. Steve is responsible for creating a "better way" to run our business operationally, including vendor bid analysis, vendor selection, pricing, estimating, starts production, IT, site analysis, prototype analysis and many other facets of business. Steve is also responsible for creating efficiencies in all areas of the company in order to better serve our business partners and customers.
