How do we ensure your home is being built correctly? Our Construction Supervisors/Builders are on site and in YOUR home every day during the work week ensuring our field construction staff is building your home correctly the first time. We firmly believe that our builders are there to help you, the Customer! During construction, we provide our Customers with 3 different "stage walks" during the construction cycle of the home (on To Be Built Homes). In addition to our Customers personally inspecting their homes during stage walks, Calloway Homes also posts photos of your home during the construction process on our website. So rest assured, even if you are on vacation or just haven't been by in awhile, you can still keep an eye on the key construction points that take place in your house via the web! What happens if you didn't go through the construction process? Our Customers who choose to purchase one of our completed spec homes will also have a photo history of their home through the construction process! These customers will still be able to view their home while it was under construction so that they can attend their closing settlement with just as much confidence as those who went through the entire construction process, knowing that their home was built correctly. So how do you take care of your home after you close? At Calloway Homes, we believe in "personal touch"! After you close on your home, we provide a list of all associated business partners that helped construct the home, along with their service numbers, in each and every home. We have an electronic customer service log in a "request link" through our website so we can track the progress of any needs or service calls, as they are being processed and completed. In addition, Calloway Homes provides maintenance tips on our web site so you, the Customer, can gain knowledge on how to personally take care of your home. This not only helps reduce future service call needs, but helps protect the huge investment that you have made in purchasing a Calloway home.
